This
spectacular finishing hole is perhaps the most exciting
hole on the course. A well-placed drive tempts the
golfer to go for the green in two. The shot, however,
must (cut the corner and ) carryover the lake. Success
or disaster awaits the golfer who opts for this route on
this short par five. The marvelous long-range views
across the lake to the Uwharrie National Forest provide
the perfect setting for the conclusion of a most enjoyable
golfing experience.
